5.2 User-Generated Content

You retain whatever ownership rights you may have in the original content, prompts, images, or other materials that you submit to the Service ("User Content").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use logos and other designs generated through the Service ("Generated Content") for personal or commercial purposes.

However, because Generated Content may be created using artificial intelligence and may resemble existing designs, trademarks, symbols, or other intellectual property, LogoGen.co does not guarantee that any Generated Content is unique, registrable as a trademark, or free from third-party intellectual property rights.

You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before using it commercially, registering it as a trademark, or using it in connection with a business.

5.3 License to User Content

By submitting User Content to LogoGen.co, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, modify, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Where third-party AI or technology providers are used to process your content, your content may also be processed by those providers as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

6. AI-Generated Content

LogoGen.co uses artificial intelligence and third-party technologies to generate designs and other content.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated results may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable for your intended purpose.

  • Similar or identical designs may be generated for different users.

  • We do not guarantee that Generated Content is eligible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property protection.

  • We do not guarantee that Generated Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

  • You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before publishing, selling, registering, or otherwise commercially using it.

You should conduct appropriate trademark and intellectual property searches before using a generated logo as a business trademark or brand identity.

7. Payment, Credits, and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment.

If you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge the applicable amount.

Where the Service uses credits, tokens, or similar usage units:

  • Credits may only be used within LogoGen.co.

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Credits may not be transferred, sold, or resold unless expressly permitted by us.

  • Credit usage may vary depending on the feature or service used.

  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, consumption rates, or available features.

Prices and available plans may be changed at any time. Any changes will generally apply to future purchases or renewals.

8. Subscriptions

Certain features may be offered through recurring subscriptions.

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee according to the selected billing period.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.

If LogoGen.co publishes a separate Refund Policy, that policy forms part of these Terms.

10. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account without authorization.

11. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms.

  • You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
